What is the rotor dynamic balance test?
It is to detect and correct the mass distribution of the rotor, to make it reach the standard.
The motor rotor dynamic balance test is based on the centrifugal force principle. When the rotor rotates, the centrifugal force F = mω²r (where ω is the angular velocity) generated by the unbalanced mass m at radius r. This centrifugal force causes the rotor to vibrate and transmits to the bracket of the test equipment through the bearing.
Through dynamic balance testing, the unbalance amount and phase of the rotor can be accurately detected, and corrected by removing or adding weight, fundamentally solving the above problems and ensuring the motor operates stably, efficiently, and safely.
